Stage 03

Market entry & Implementation

Go live: incorporated, relocated and fully operational.

This is where planning becomes a business. We run the incorporation, the official approvals and the registrations that let you trade. At the same time we bring your people in: permits, residence, housing, schools, healthcare, the practical life of a new country. The two happen together, coordinated by one team, so that the day the company is live, its people are too.

  • Business Establishment

We complete the incorporation: filing your registration, securing the official approvals, and taking the formal steps that let your business legally trade. We run the process end to end so your company is established on time and ready to operate.

  • Expatriation Process Guidance

For owners and executives relocating themselves, we guide the full move: visa and residence-permit applications, and the personal administration of settling in Austria. We handle a notoriously complex process so you can keep your attention on the business.

  • Relocation & Settlement

We help you and your people settle in for real: finding housing, arranging schooling, registering for healthcare, and handling the daily essentials of life in a new country. Settled, supported staff are focused and productive far sooner.

  • Administrative Activation

We switch your business on: tax and social-security enrolment, business banking, utilities, and the local registrations that turn a newly-formed company into a fully functioning one. Everything connected, nothing left pending.

  • Ecosystem & Institutional Connections

We open doors, introducing you to the authorities, industry bodies, and local networks that matter in your sector. These connections give you a genuine foothold and shorten the path to your first partners and customers.

Moving with the business, or on your own.

Most of the people we settle arrive as part of a corporate move. Some arrive on their own: an executive taking a European role, a founder relocating ahead of the company, a family joining later. The same team handles residence permits, housing, schools, healthcare enrolment, language integration and the hundred small registrations that make a new country home. If you are moving as an individual, start here.

Frequently asked questions

Which immigration routes apply to business owners and key staff?

Typically the Red-White-Red Card in its variants for key workers, highly qualified workers and start-up founders, or the EU Blue Card. We identify the right route for each person during Business set up & Structuring and file during Market entry & Implementation.

How long does incorporation take?

It depends on the company form, how quickly the founding documents are signed, and how fast the bank and the register move, so we give you a schedule for your own case rather than a number here. What we can say is that the work in the setup stage is what determines it: by the time you reach Market entry & Implementation the structure is decided, the documents are drafted and the accounts are lined up, so the filing itself is the short part.

Do you help our people after they arrive?

Yes. Registration with the authorities, health insurance, housing, schooling and the everyday administration of a new country are part of Market entry & Implementation rather than an extra. Support carries on into Growth & Sustainability for as long as it is useful. A family that settles properly is the single biggest factor in whether a relocation lasts.
