Strategic Planning
Know whether, where and how to enter, before you commit.
The best expansions are decided on evidence, not optimism. In this stage we test your assumptions against the real Austrian and European market: demand, competition, regulation, tax exposure and the people who will make or break your entry. You leave with a clear verdict and a roadmap you can put in front of partners, lenders or your board.
-
Market & Industry Analysis
We size up your target market: competitors, demand, pricing, and the trends shaping your sector. Then we tell you plainly where the real opportunities and risks lie, so you enter the next stage with an evidence-based view of the market, not a hopeful one.
-
Market Entry & Growth Strategy
We turn the findings into a plan: the best entry model for your goals, the right sequence and timing, and the milestones that take you from launch to scale. It is a practical roadmap you can act on and your stakeholders can trust.
-
Regulatory & Economic Assessment
We map the legal, tax, and economic conditions you will operate under in Austria and the wider EMEA region: licences, restrictions, obligations, and the local factors affecting your sector. You will know exactly what stands between you and trading, with no surprises later.
-
Stakeholder & Consumer Insights
We profile the people who will make or break your entry, from customers and partners to decision-makers, including what they need, how they buy, and what they expect. Your offer and positioning are shaped around real local insight from day one.
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to do the Strategic Planning stage if we have already decided on Austria?
No. If the decision is made and the business case exists, we validate it briefly during the Readiness Call and move you into Business set up & Structuring. The Strategic Planning stage is for businesses that still have open questions on where, how or whether.
Can you compare Austria with other European countries?
Yes, and it is often the most useful part of the stage. We assess Austria against the alternatives you are considering on the criteria that will actually govern your operation: corporate and tax treatment, the routes available to your people, the cost and speed of setting up, access to your customers, and the practicalities of moving a family. You get a reasoned comparison rather than a case for Austria.
What do you need from us to start?
Very little to begin with. A conversation about what your business does, why Europe, and what you have already decided is enough for the Readiness Call. Once we scope the stage we will ask for your current corporate structure, your financials, and a sense of who you would move or hire. Nothing needs translating or certifying at this point.
Tell us where you are. We will tell you what comes next.
A 30-minute Expansion Readiness Call with a senior advisor. No preparation needed. We will map your situation against the four stages and give you a clear view of scope, sequence and timing.
